Our staff and repair specialists are experienced experts whose humble beginnings launched in 2000 at Toyota Manufacturing, U.S. (Assembly, Quality Control , Projects, IT), and Clorox Inc. Working with these Fortune 500 companies strengthened and expanded our capacity to work at a fast, efficient and accurate pace. This experience enabled us to meet and exceed the demands of the public. Some of our duties included quality control, tool development, assembly line time reduction and beta testing- all vital assets to the now dominant and booming mobile device repair industry.
We started repairing and programming cellular phones for our previous employers in 2000. By the end of the year it was not uncommon to find a cell phone at our desk with a note attached asking, “can you fix this?” After ten years of fixing cell phones and putting smiles on faces, we decided to turn it into a business and created World Phones, the Bay Area’s best mobile device repair specialists, conveniently located inside Hilltop Mall, Richmond California.
We work with many different tools, machines and software programs that your local AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon,Sprint, Metro Pcs and Altel do not carry. Our main focus is to get your phone working in the most efficient and timely manner. We use many different vendors to get the right part for your phone. The parts we use either meets or exceeds the oem specs and our Quality Control Team works closely with the programmers and technicians to make sure each phone passes a functional test.
